Very pleasant interview process. All my conversations felt so natural- like I wasn’t in a stressful interview process but just a normal hard working person looking for the right fit for a new role. I came from medical sales and the process there was quite the opposite of this one so this experience was refreshing. I met with people of all different levels and felt very comfortable/respected in each interview. They were very accommodating with my work schedule and really took away the anxiety of interviewing for a new role. The process was quick as well- all done within a week or so- and I received an offer in a timely manner from the final interview. The honesty, the straightforwardness and the passion from the team sure made it easy to accept an offer.

Good process. Shared the positives and challenges of executive recruiting. Discussed how my industry experience would translate to search. Met with multiple current exec search consultants. Also met with account management staff and discussed new business consulting opportunities to expand into.
