El proceso de selección fue fenomenal, 3 entrevistas en total y fueron muy atentos en todo momento, abiertos a negociación pues la primera oferta que me hicieron no me cuadraba y en general me hicieron sentir bienvenida desde la primera entrevista.

Me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia previa, mi manera de realizar un proceso de selección, mis motivaciones y mis intereses.
Felt like the interviewer was busy and didn't want to be there.
Told me they have a strict budget for this role (very low and pretty unliveable) - if there is a strict budget why is this not added to the job ad, it wastes both the interviewer and interviewee's time.
Told me they would get back to me and never did.

All are professional from initial interview up to final interview. On time, friendly atmosphere and feedback was received on the time they promised, great office environment and assisted candidates all throughout the process.
