The process took a month and finally they told me the job was re-located to another country. actually I phoned and approached then they told me the results. otherwise I would have still been waiting.
Is it normal that candidates were told about the relocation after we have done interviews, assessment, even reference check?
I'd rather be told I'm not competent enought.
Huge amount of time is wasted on waiting
Prettige sollicitatieprocedure met telefonische screening, assessment en 2 interviewrondes waarvan de laatste ook een case bevat. Tijdens de procedure is er alle ruimte om vragen te stellen en doen de gesprekspartners er alles aan om zeker te weten dat je goed past bij het werk dat ze doen.

Eerste gesprek relatief uitgebreide kennismaking waarin vooral mijn motivatie centraal stond. In het tweede gesprek stonden vooral competenties centraal. Ook was het maken van een online assessment een relatief groot onderdeel (Numeriek, Verbaal, Inzicht en persoonlijkheidstest)
