El proceso fue cercano y muy transparente desde el primer contacto. Cada persona con la que hablé se mostró auténtica y abierta, lo que permitió entender no solo las responsabilidades del puesto, sino también la filosofía y la cultura de la empresa. Se percibe un ambiente donde se valora la comunicación honesta y la colaboración, y eso hace que uno pueda imaginar cómo sería formar parte del equipo con claridad y confianza.
El proceso de las entrevistas fue en general muy ameno y muy relajado. Conllevó tres entrevistas en total, algunas de ellas siendo en español y otras de ellas en inglés.

Short and sweet the person seemed legit but I guess my personality was not what they were looking for. Place was popping, they seemed to be in the weeds but they said they had 2 dishwashers all ready and didn't need a 3rd. Whether they could afford me or not is what I was thinking. Oh well back to looking.
