I had to complete a two hour test which was quite easy, however I thought it was too long for a mid-level position (not a senior or management role). I was told I passed the test and then had a one to one interview the same week which lasted over an hour. The interview felt more like an interrogation than an interview as I was asked very specific and personal questions and however detailed my answers were they didn't seem to satisfy the interviewer.
I was contacted and told I didn't get the role, which I assumed given the interview. I would not have accepted the role due to my interview experience.
I would advise the company against one on one interviews in future as it doesn't create a very nice experience for the person interviewing.
