Lerch Bates interview questions

Interviewer had camera pointed at their forehead the majority of the interview and insisted on working while asking questions. She was not listening and just kept repeating that everyone wanted to work with their company. I sent a follow up and didn't receive any response from the interviewer or the company recruiter.
