LevelUp Group interview questions

The interview was a 3 steps process. The company structure requires all employees despite qualifications to start at the training level. All commission-based salary until reaching managerial position. Was not really what I'm looking for and was not mentioned until the last step of the interview briefly. Also turned off because I had a personal emergency and they still force me to come and sign papers. No regard for the emergency.
