2 phone interviews, 1 3 hour interview - cultural, capability, meeting with VP of department, 1 2 hour interview - case study, cultural. Very long and drawn out process, not completely honest on the process (ie “as long as you fit culturally then we would be willing to train you!” - not true). They definitely know what they want and it would have been nicer to be informed earlier on I didn’t have the knowledge they were looking for.
