Interview
The hiring process was fairly short and straight forward with the standard online application, first phone interview, face-to-face interview and contract signing. The first interviewer was from the HR department, the second interview was with the business unit director together with the head of HR.

Interview
During the group dynamics, they began by asking everyone about where we study, the grade we are in and why we are applying for the position. Then they asked what we know about MSD and why we want to be part of it. They gave us a group case for the launch of a medicine under certain conditions and as a group we had to put together a plan and expose it. In the end there was a role dynamic in which some of the applicants took the position of investors and bidders. In the case of the bidders, they chose 3 and gave them different products: peeling combs, aircraft horns and absorbent sandals.
It was a standard interview process. Questions were about the understanding of the field. They look for adaptability and reliability.
They were friendly and asked really interesting questions. Past experience in sales and marketing is preferred, which to me didnt make any sense at all on accounts of it being an internship position.

Interview
It was quite a relaxing experience with a harmonious vibe. The manager was mainly chatting with me about my past experiences and we got a chance to know more about each other.
