Very brief interview. Didn't really go into my background or ask many technical questions. Seemed like they were in a rush to find someone. In that way it worked out for me, but it also resulted in MSD hiring people who were not fit for the job. And ended up being let go after a few months of training. There was a lot of influx and outflux from MSD because of their shoddy interview practices.

1 half hour interview on a Monday morning, job offer following Tuesday afternoon. Very fast process and asked straightforward questions related to my current role and Overall very pleasant interview experience.

Asked me to go through the types of documents involved during a production line life cycle.
the WORST interview experience ever happened in my entire life. Interviewer was even driving while interview is still ongoing, noisy and cannot hear the question asked. No time was even given to me to share my working experience. totally NOT FAIR.
Please think twice before anyone joining such a company.

The interview was very relaxed not much pressure, more like a conversation. the was two interview over the phone one was through a recruitment agency and the other with the automation manager. was offered the role straight of the second interview
