Applying for positions on LinkedIn, the foreign HR will conduct a phone screening first. She ask further simple questions based on the resume, which mainly focusing on the duration of each job and any gaps in between.
Unfortunately, I encountered an HR representative who was quite unprofessional. Although she forwarded the contact information to the regional HR, the follow-up only mentioned that it was being processed and no further communication afterward.
It makes interviewee feel very disrespectful.

After an easy online personality and logical assessment test you get a video assessment with the talent searcher to understand your profile better.
Then I had an easy going, informal and nice interview with the hiring managers more related to my personal experience.
Afterwards, interview with top management more or like repeating the previous one.

Entretien basique et sympathique jusqu'a ce qu'on me fasse comprendre que d'avoir besoin d'un sponsor pour un visa me disqualifiait. Entretien pas particulierement dur mais ils ne veulent pas d'étranger visiblement (quand bien même si ils travaillent déjà au quebec)
