Two rounds. The process is not as structured as some other big companies that I interviewed. First round with hiring manager, second round with skip level manager. Not too bad.
The interviews were a great experience in terms of interaction, sort of questions asked etc. Could improve in keeping candidates informed about progress and next steps. Sometimes not a single word for some weeks after the interview.
Questions on: Transformer Architecture, RPA, Intelligent Automation, Design Principles, LLM and how they work internally, Also explain in brief about your recent projects, challenges and their outcome. Organization related questions. Technical questions related to Python Programming. Completed 2 rounds of interview, cleared all. HR said you are selected but they didn't provide me the offer. After relentless followups, HR said that you are selected for a different role which will be available in 3 months time. Now it is almost 7-8 months but nothing heard from them. This is very disheartening as an applicant because you are just waiting for endless timeline without any outcome. I hope they optimize their recruiting process
