Quick and easy. Send CV, do online assessment, then online interview. The interviewers were very polite and made a good effort to clarify the format to pre-emptively address any potential confusion and relieve stress for the interviewee.

Mein Telefonat wurde vergessen, ich musste anrufen. Meine Fragen konnten nicht beantworten werden: wie viele Leute ist das Team u.ä. Das müsste nachgefragt werden. Danach musste ich immer Kontakt initiieren, weil man trotz Versprechen sich in X Tage zu melden, sich nie gemeldet hat. Alles endete mit einer Email, dass man sich zurückmelden wird. Schade. Sehr unzuverlässige und unprofessionelle Personalerin.
