First need to enter working through a third-party recruitment agency. From there, can apply to jobs on company's workday career site. Then there is a group interview for a position that usually includes people you may or may not work with. After that there is *sometimes* a second interview with the hiring manager.

molto importante studiare la posizione per la quale ci si applica e la storia dell'azienda con mission e vision.
inoltre fondamentale la domanda in inglese.
