Interview, very specific bank industry. Multiple questions. No case. Fit interview. Multiple rounds, at least 3. RRHH, gruop focus, with manager. It takes time between each phase, it can be different depending on the case.
I had a negative experience. I felt that the interviewer was cold and eager to make negative assumptions about me and my resume. I did not get a strong sense of company culture from either of my 2 interviews. I am happy how things turned out, but i personally did not have a positive view of this company from the individuals I met with.
