The first step was registering with a Manpower Branch. Had to complete a basic application form following by an informal chat regarding what work i was looking for. A week later i was contacted regarding a role in head office. Was given a date to attend an assessment centre in their uxbridge head office. This comprised of an introduction to the company and the role, followed by a group assessment. We then went into a room to conduct a role play excercise followed by a one to one interview
