I had a recruiter interview, an interview with a manager (not the hiring manager), and an aptitude test and personality assessment. The aptitude and personality assessment was administered through a company called Wonderlic and consisted of a 12-minute verbal and math assessment with 50 questions and a section of 200 questions asking about your personality and motivations. I got screened out after the personality assessment.
