Materials Testing Consultants interview questions

Met them at a career fair at my university where they talked about interviewing for a lab position. When I interviewed, the pay range they quoted me was extremely low for the other companies that had offered me. Benefits were not great. They wanted a guy to sit in the lab all day doing materials testing, which is fine. Seemed like the company only cared about cheap labor and the cheapest ways to do things. After the technical interview I was told I would get a call for an offer to be sent over. They ghosted me. Seems poorly run and an old boys club.
