I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maximus in Oct 2013
Interview
Phone pre screen with the Human Capital Manager. One interview with the Hiring Manager in person. I did most of the talking about myself. Was asked open ended questions mainly about myself and my experiences. Hiring Manager informed me about the job in an overview rather than alot of detail. Job described and applied for was not what was actually done in practice, as job was different once onboard. Very disappointing.
The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.

Question 1
The usual interview questions give us examples of how you would handle a stressful situation with a coworker, and how would you handle a situation with a project team member who was not completing their work. Tell us your strengths etcetera
2 seperate interview stages. Each interview with a different manager. It was fairly straight forward and I was also able to get a good insight regarding expectations and company culture.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Maximus (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Applied online and it took several weeks to hear back, After that, typical recruiter interview followed by hiring manager, and then a panel interview with cross-functional partners I'd work with. It took about 5 weeks.
