The interview process was super thoughtful and user-centered—go figure, right? First step was submitting a short portfolio with 2–3 case studies. I then had a casual intro call with the design lead where we talked about my design process, favorite tools, and why I’m into UX.
Next, I was sent a design challenge: redesign a mobile booking flow for a fictional app and present it via Figma. I had 3 days and loved that they let me be creative. Final round was a portfolio walkthrough and some light feedback discussion with a small panel (PM, UX designer, and a junior dev). Felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.
