The First Few rounds were good as the interviewer was listening and having a conversation. In Round 3, the interviewer was busy with some other work and rushed the 30 min interview into 10 min interview. The experience was horrible.

I applied twice to McKinsey Belgium with CVs that were equal in terms of job requirements and even exceeded the qualifications needed — the only difference was the name. The application with a European-sounding name was moved forward, while the one with a non-European name was rejected. This raises serious concerns about name-based bias in the screening process. McKinsey should urgently review its hiring practices
