I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The process, although long, was extremely professional. The recruiter that I remained in contact with was great. She was incredibly organized and always followed up with me and answered my questions. This is a job for someone who wants an entry level step into the world of high tech sales, so perfect for recent college grads. My interview process started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Next was a personality assessment to see if you would make a great sales person. If you pass, the next step is another one hour interview phone call with the recruiter. Next step was having two in person interviews in the office. This included having a mock cold call - I was super scared at first but as long as you prepare for it it's not too bad, and they are good at preparing you. After this, it's a final in person interview with the head manager of the office (mine was san jose) and it's mostly about compensation. Last step is they will ask you for 4 professional references. I had interviewed at so many companies in my months of job search, and I felt that MB was really the most professional out of everyone in terms of following up, and getting you excited to work there, and I had a great experience with every single person I met. Everyone's energy in the office was high and people seemed to be having fun and content when I walked around.

Interview
Phone interview from the hiring manager. Started with some questions about my non-negotiables regarding a job role, and then some questions about my experiences and qualifications, and finally some benefits of the company
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What were your previous work experiences related to this role?
Very friendly and comfortable interview process, 2 interviews and a mock cold call. Lot's of questions regarding interest in sales and career goals, friendly but professional interview. Process moves very quickly and everyone plus the recruiter is very responsive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process with memoryBlue was straightforward, organized, and for a lack of a better word attentive.
The interview process (for me) was 4 interviews:
1. Initial contact with memoryBlue recruiter, (basic questions and feeling out candidate)
2. Interview with memoryBlue staff manager
3. Interview with managing director
4. Interview with managing director (in person) for a sales call and call analysis overview, function & compensation overview.
Overall I felt like the whole process was attentive, I felt valued as a candidate, communicated with regularly. You could even say it was a model-like process of how it should be,
