I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Tysons Corner) in Feb 2014
Interview
There is first a phone interview. Then you take an online personality index test and then you have your first in person interview with a Delivery Manager. After that, you have a second with two of the other Delivery Managers including a role play over the phone. They will discuss the pros and cons of how it went to gauge how you might do in the role. Some people have received offers after the second and others did after the third interview.
