I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Came in for an in person interview and interviewed with 6 people.
They all asked the standard interview questions and told me how great it is to work at Mercer. Then I had a phone interview with someone in Chicago.
Less than a week later they asked me to fill out an application ASAP on their website and then nothing.
Two weeks later, I track the recruiter down to find out that they weren’t hiring anymore.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mercer in Aug 2021
Interview
I did one phone screening with HR. I did a phone call with a Sourcer. I did a video interview with a manager. I did four more separate interviews with the team, some with two people and some with one person. I waited two weeks for a response and heard nothing. The sourcer got back to me and wanted to me to meet with another THREE people. I declined as they obviously did not respect the applicants time in having me wait weeks for a response and spend significant time interviewing with multiple people. This would be meeting a total of 10 people over a two month period for an entry level role. Very bad interview process and experience!
