The first round was an online interview, They asked a few questions - about 6 to 8, which covered things from your interest, preferences, what challenges you encountered during teams, and other behavioral questions. Then there were 3 games used to gauge fit.

Interview
The interview was exactly what you would expect. I was first in a 30 minute interview where I was given a case and asked follow-up questions. The second 30 minute interview was with another person where they asked more questions about experience, my motivations, etc.
