Interview
Very professional, with a variety of in-depth questions that could not be foreseen. Initially started with a 1-hour telephone interview, after which I was invited to come into the office to meet with an interviewer.
5-10 interviews.
Meeting managing partner and head of Europe. Good insights into their culture and also ways of working. They operate as a foundation and are collaborative while offering entrepreneurial environment

Interview
Entretien téléphonique qui dure 20 minutes. Puis entretien avec un consultant senior qui dure 1h. Entretien avec la directrice qui ne dure pas très longtemps (30 minutes environ). Des tests psychotechniques à faire sur place et en temps limité sur un ordinateur. Il s'agit de problèmes simples à résoudre qui ne font appel à aucune préparation particulière en amont. Il est possible de revenir aux questions passées au cours du test. Il n'est pas possible de poser des questions au cours du test.
