One round of interviews with the Fellows manager. Pretty straight forward questions. Good to demonstrate some knowledge of client issue areas as well as government relations process. Very friendly and free-flowing conversation overall!

I was interviewed by three people, each who hold a different position within the company. The questions were straightforward, and they were easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. They were receptive to my answers and responded to what I was saying to keep the flow of the conversation going — do your research on Monument and you will be fine!!
