3rd round: Macro Econ based questions varying from FED rate cut impacts to current stance or opinion

Had a telephone call with the recruiter. It was nice enough and quite casual; they gave me no instruction beforehand so it was quite unclear that they were even going to call me at all.

Hirevue, first round phone call, then super day. Hirevue is easy and AI / referral are the biggest factors I think. First round is easy with barely techincal stuff. Last round can get a little more so
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY)

The interview process started with a Hireview for a few qyestions. 2 behaviroal 1 about the market. First round interview was a 30 min phone interview and ws a mix of technical and behavioral. The Super Day was 3 30 min interviews. One technical round 2 behaviroal rounds
