Zoom interview with two attorneys, either or both of which would have been the managing attorney. Would have progressed to an in-person interview for a next round. A mix of personality and substantive questioning

There is a good number of interviews with the different teams/team heads you’ll have to work with. Everyone is friendly and the process is relatively standard and consistent with market practice.

Interview
Long. Had to meet with many different people and had to go back many times. Took awhile for them to make a decision. No negotiations of the offer. Waiting between meeting people. Was there for 5 hours one day. Same questions asked by different people. Dealing with Human Resourse was easy and they were flexible with the times I could meet.
