Took several weeks, interviews were almost entirely fit. The interviews were not too hard, the people were very friendly. The most important thing is to just know why Morgan Stanley and why operations.
The first screening was a Hirevue with 5 questions. They give you time to prepare answers and you can rerecord. They asked a variety of behavioral questions - no technical quesitons for this role

There was a call with HR, then super day. Super day consist of a group interview of a project given and then two behavioral interviews. It was about 2 hours in total and they have a 15 minute break.
A series of interviews with VP's and directors about situations and strengths as a person. Was an okay level of toughness and found the interviewers to be calm and friendly
