Interviewed with a FA team. Did not get position because my comp ask was too high and/or they chose 1 of the other 2 finalists or did not hire anyone at all. Because I did not have a book of business, it was a more difficult task to get an FA trainee position which seemed to be limited.

Few questions on experience and regular get to know you questions so that they could get to know you more and see if you were the right fit. I did not get an offer,
Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
