Interview
First step would be a phone interview with the recruiter only if resume is successful. Additional step would be a 45-min style panel interview on MS Teams. If successful, will hear back in 48 hours, two days after interview.

Q: What have you heard about the SIE, Series 63, & Series 7 licenses?
Q: What is a stock, bond, and option?
Q: How do you place an option trade?
Q. What is appealing to you about working in the financial industry
S: Give us an example of a time you had to study hard to pass a difficult test
Very easy basic asked what a stock is and a bond. The rest is standard what is your experience stuff. It was relatively long like almost an hour. Answer with confidence and have a general understanding of finance

Interview
The interview process is straightforward. They sent an email that summarized what would be in the interview, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Very friendly and professional interviewers.

One screening call with the recruiter. And then two interviews back to back with a hiring manager and a manager in the local office. The communication between the managers and me was great and easy to set up the interviews.
