Interview
Very straightforward, sat down with a member from senior management and talked about troubleshooting skills and how previous job experience helped prepare me for the role in which I currently work. It was very much conversational rather than adhering to a set structure. I was free to ask questions as they arose.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with someone who was upset. Talk about a time in which you succeeded when others didn't. Who is someone that you admire? Describe your technical skills. How comfortable are you with computers and mobile devices?

Interview
I interviewed with the Director for the call center. He briefly skimmed my resume and said I would be a good fit. I was hired on the spot. I was very surprised because I had mentally prepared for a long interview.
