NAV Consulting interview questions

I was called for an in person interview. I met with a panel of three people who discussed my current and past job experiences. I was told it could take a couple weeks to follow up, but am waiting to hear more.

Highly unorganized hiring process. Right peoples are not hired for the right position. Expectations and career plans not laid out correctly during hiring. Job profile offered post hiring does not match the one laid out at the time of hiring.
