NSF Project Manager interview questions

Hiring Manager said during the interview that the tittle is misleading, and in reality it's not a Project Management job. Interviewer pressured for salary expectation during first interview in order to continue. Overall unprofessional. Consider changing the job tittle if this is really a customer service job.
