Pretty informal relaxing interview. I actually enjoyed the interview process, very comfortable. Brief overview of the position and questions and my previous experience in the utility sector. Overview of the company what they do.
Normal first interview. I couldn't understand why we didn't proceed further. I didn't receive any feedback. The position is open for months now. It is strange if they still couldn't find a suitable candidate for the role.

Interview
Straight forward process. Come into their office meet with the hiring manager and have a one on one conversation. The interviewer didn't even email me to say I didn't get the job after my 2 follow up emails. It says a lot about the hiring manager's professionalism. If I take a day off to meet with you, the least you can do is tell me I didn't get the job. Thank god, I would have hated working for someone like that.
