I applied through university. I interviewed at Navigate (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Long interviews, but mostly behavioral. As long as you are prepared to answer follow up questions to most of your answers, you will be fine. All interviewers I worked with were great and were understanding that sometimes you don't have an amazing answer on the spot but can take some time to come up with a thought through answer without feeling rushed.

Question 1
Describe a time you were disappointed with the work you were given in a role. How did you respond and would you go back and do anything differently?
Applied through a former co-worker. Got interviewed by the hiring manager who was awesome and very pleasant. Then by the team of four people who are excellent interviewers. They made me feel at ease. I was called again for an interview by the CEO. I was given the chance to tour the office.

Question 1
How do you see this glass - half full or half empty?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Navigate in Feb 2024
Interview
Been recruiting with them for a couple of months, I passed the first two rounds and then suddenly months later they tell me they are no longer hiring anymore. Very unprofessional as they should have just said no from the very beginning instead of stringing this along for months at a time. Lack of communication and the leaders of this organization have very high egos.
