I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Navigator Management Partners (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was very brief, the recruiter did a great job coordinating all of my conversations. Flow was Recruiter Screen > Director/Peer Phone Interview > Onsite Interview. From initial screen to offer took about 4 weeks (could have been shorter, but my availability made it go longer).
All in all I loved all of the conversations that I had with the consultants and leaders of the company. The entire process was pretty fun and the people just made the company feel natural and welcoming.

Question 1
Describe to me a difficult client problem that relied on your expertise to resolve?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navigator Management Partners
Interview
Interviewed with the same person 3 times over a 45 day period, then asked me to take the day off work, fly to LA and meet with another person. All in all, 60 days later I had an awful offer in hand for which I thought they were kidding. They knew all along what my compensation expectations were, and offered me a 40% cut from expectations. It was a huge blow, a waste of time and very unprofessional.
I don't recommend this organization. They want top talent for peanut compensation. Very clear they do not value their employees.

Question 1
What approach would you take to building your consulting practice within Navigation?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navigator Management Partners (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
I had interviews with NMP and they were excellent. The staff treats you as a professional and values each person's contributions. There were interviews with NMP associates with varying backgrounds who each added value to the interview process. The interview process was very efficient and forthright. This is a first class company.
