Interview
They asked me about EYFS and random situational experiences in a classroom setting. After which, we proceed to a nursery tour and they decided to give me an offer letter (employment)
The Nursery Director and Nursery Manager who interviewed me, hired me immediately as they were satisfied with my answers as an Early Years Practitioner. After which, they explained the rules and benefits in my offer letter.

They've asked me the different stages in the early years and how I face different challenges. They also brought up about a child with special needs and help to conquer his/her highest potential in early years setting. They also asked about building rapport with the parents and how I manage to do the portfolio/learning journey.
