Since I was invited for an open house, I had a fast and smooth application process. I was interviewed by HR, Team Lead, Manager and Technical Director. I went to the venue at around 8:30 AM and was finished with the interview process before lunch. Two days later, I had another interview with my possible Practice Manager and I was supposed to have another interview to Functional Director but it was cancelled and I was informed that they are now finalizing the job offer. Overall, it was a very satisfying interview process because they showed concerned regarding my schedule (since I'm still working at my current company). Everyone is accommodating in answering all my concerns and queries.

2. Interview with a seasoned consultant: they'll provide some scenario questions, ask about your skills. VERY IMPORTANT that you state that you have an aptitude for learning, developing relationships (with team and clients), and give back/support others
3. Superday (8 rounds of interviews/activities)
