Application
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nexa (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2019
Interview
Very organized. Was not uncomfortable at all through the whole process. Did all interviews in one day. Even got to sit with a current employee while on the phone to see what the position was really all about.
The first interview was a series questions with answers provided by video recording. The second interview was a group interview. It was simple. Too simple. I knew I would get offered the position by the simplicity of the interviews and that the pay would be low but not as low as it really is. To get a job here you basically just need to have a pulse and be able to click a mouse. I was offered the position but declined because the pay was so low I was actually a little offended. Especially after she offered me a $.50 bump but no more because I don’t have a lot of experience. I’m willing to bet I have more experience in than she will ever have. I wasn’t willing to take a $10/hour PAYCUT for this job working nights and weekends.
