I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
first had a "pop up" phone screening. He literally called me at 6pm on a friday night which I thought was odd and put me on the spot to answer a series of questions. After this I was sent a personality test and a timed logic puzzle portion. Afterwards, I had an interview scheduled with my current manager and it was very conversational where i was hired around 2 weeks after.

A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

Interview
It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
