Not enough information to answer the question correctly. Do you mean the engine won't turn over? If the situation where the engine doesn't turn over I would first check the battery. In the situation where the engine does turn but still won't start I would check fuel level first.

Jiggle the key, make sure it's in park and call Mr. Rescue. (I don't do car repair.) :)
