Interview
The first stage was a HR call, then a call with line manager, an in-person interview with case study alongside a panel of two mid-/senior- colleagues, final interview with consulting CEO.

Question 1
General background experience, competency, and behavioural questions. The case study was related to a SWOT-like analysis of the car industry for a fictitious brand. Questions related to the case study included my approach, thoughts on what might happen if the government introduced a certain policy, however nothing too tricky. One strange question I was asked related to what I would do if I could change one thing in the world.

Interview
Started with an HR phone call, virtual interview with manager, in person interview and case study presentation with manager, and two senior colleagues. Final interview with head of consulting. End to end process took c.3 weeks.

They want you to explain your thought process and critical thinking. It isn’t so much about what you say, but how you communicate and effectively rationalise your thinking.
