Interview
I interviewed at their Houston office for a senior consultant role in energy team. The overall process is efficient and impressive. All people I talked with are super nice and professional except for one VP. I had a case interview with him and from the moment he entered the room , he is very unprofessional and rude. He came in with his laptop and phone. Notifications from his phone and laptop kept coming up during the interview, which is very distractive. Also no matter what I said he said no or shaked his head and yelled at me like yelling at a kid. He did not let me finish my words and judged me as not knowing the industry. As a female, I felt I was looked down in the entire process. In the end, he said I should not become a consultant. This is the worst interview experience I could ever have. All other case interviews went very well. Everyone else is super nice and HR is super efficient.

In the case interview, he asked me questions about several charts.
Sehr freundliche Gespräche, insgesamt vier, zwei mit Case-Studies, leider reicht ein Nein schon aus, dass es nicht in die nächste Runde geht, auch wenn die anderen drei ein ja gegeben haben. Überraschenderweise wurden von einer Person auch viele Fragen zum Industrie-Wissen gestellt, evtl. weil ich bereits Berufserfahrung habe - war aber nicht in der Industrie. Macht also ggf. auch Sinn sich vorab nochmal über Trends und Hot Topics in der jeweiligen Industrie zu belesen.

Interviewed, received the offer, and then was offered the role. Was asked to complete a background check and onboarding, but they did not follow through with the offer and did not let me start the background check.
