Interview
First received a telephone interview that went well. Followed by an in person interview with 3 other members of the team. Final round of interviews was with more team members- never with my boss- and a member of HC. After the offer was extended, a background check was given and the offer was accepted.
Round one was a video interview with someone from HR. She seemed pleasant and spoke as if I had a good chance. The interviewer never followed up despite this impression and my sending a follow-up.
Took about 4 weeks, and got an offer afterwards. Everyone was friendly and had knowledge about the industry. I interviewed with 5x people on the team, all from hr to partners.

Interview
The interview process was great and they came back saying they had positive things to say about me but they’ll go for someone else. It was really weird as it wasn’t one person they were recruiting for. I thought the interview was great but the outcome was disappointing
