Interviewed through on-campus recruiting. There was a computer-based quantitative test first. Then first round, two case interviews. Second round was 3 case interviews and 1 behavioral. The process was very well planned out. We were invited to networking events before interviews. The people at OW are super friendly and approachable, and I could really see myself enjoying working with them.

An online assessment (Math and Behavioral) followed by 1 group HR interview and 3 case interviews. You have to pass each case interview to move into the next one. Cases mainly focused on market sizing skills.

Apply online then you will be invited to an online assesments which tests culture fit, then 45 min HR interview, then 3-4 one hour long case interviews depending on performance.

Interview
There was an online assessment, followed by an HR interview. I did not pass the HR interview, however I found it to be underwhelming. Compared to other interviews, no emphasis was placed on actually finding out who you are and how you would fit in to the organization.
