I went through a rigorous interview process with Oliver Wyman, consisting of five rounds. I invested a significant amount of time and effort, adjusting my work schedule and taking leaves from my current job. After reaching the final round, I was optimistic about the outcome, but unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or a clear decision from the HR team.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I was left without an update or an explanation for the decision. This lack of communication was disheartening, especially after the extensive process I went through. Additionally, the need to take frequent leaves for these interviews impacted my standing at my current job, further compounding my frustration.
I hope Oliver Wyman can improve their communication and feedback process for future candidates to ensure a more respectful and transparent experience.
