Unnecessary lengthy interview process
Took 5 rounds
round 1 - with HR (behavioural fit)
round 2 - with Lead Data Scientist (FAQ technical data science questions, project)
round 3 - Take home assignment for credit risk modelling + discussion of the assignment
round 4 - credit risk case study discussion
round 5 - partner round (project + puzzle)
I reached till round 5, and I answered well and was able to solve the puzzle. But they somehow mentioned that i was not able to narrate properly and needed help in puzzle. Absolutely waste of efforts !!.

Question 1
round 1 - why do you want to change the job?
round 2 - SQL queries (CTEs + window functions medium level) + basic data science questions + project
round 3 - credit risk modelling take home assignment + technical discussion
round 4 - credit risk case study discussion
round 5 - absolutely useless round (and they rejected me for no reason here after doing well throughout the process)
Whole process took 2-3 months which is unnecessarily long

The process was straight forward interviewer was impressed and still rejected me. They asked my experience and some technical questions later switched to case study. The interview was tough as no direct feedback was given neither the interviewer discuss anything
