One Contact Center interview questions

The invitation after applying did not took that long, probably a few days, and the interview and job assessments went on straightforward, and did not take longer than probably a couple of hours. I also had an interview with a couple of team leaders. They showed quite a lot of interest on my because they were in need of someone who could also speak Portuguese, and I could, even though I informed them that my level was average, and since I had not practiced it for a while I did not want to do an assessment on that language (I was nor applying for that position anyways). They never replied back to me or informed me about the results of that interview.

It was fast and easy since i had someone referred me before going there, but it was not so hard process . Though with other people walked in without any referrals it was so difficult.
